  Craig beggins, Katie Gundy, and Jeffrey Schwartz are crooks. They tried to change transaction to a 1031 on our way to closing. Than Right AFTER closing paramount title told us there were open permits on the property. They issued a supposed clean title yet it had open permits. Then the above reference people filed the title with the county wrong. There is absolutely no question Jeffrey Swartz played favorites with the affiliated Century 21, and refused to communicate during much of the crucial 72 hours prior to closing leaving us in the dark and requiring us to take extraordinary steps involving material time and money. I would highly recommend not using this shady title company. Buyer beware! Update! They sat they were going to contact me but never heard from them. They are legally in the wrong and won't refuse to respond to my request for my survey

• Review of "REEF CLUB Condominium" at Indian Rocks Beach

  We come every year and love it! Each unit has assigned spot and there are several guests spots. We recently stayed at unit 507 and it was amazing! All the eateries around are fantastic and there is a dog park/nature preserve/boardwalk across the street. Location is absolutely perfect as its low traffic and multiple pedestrian crossings very close. Last trip I took a kayak about 200 yards off the beach and caught dinner.

  Stayed there last week. The place was filthy and smelled of smoke, urine, mold and alcohol. The owner was rude and not co-operating. We will never stay at this dump again.

• Review of "Compass Preschool" at Indian Rocks Beach

  Our youngest needed to enroll in preschool in order to get started in speech therapy and we couldn't be happier with Compass Preschool. The teachers are all so kind, eager to help and have taught our son so much over the course of the school year. They have fostered his independence, his desire to learn and keep him excited through the variety of enrichments offered daily. He looks forward to his music, yoga, art and PE times, as well as his work time in the classroom. I couldn't be happier with the teachers. Ms. Ramos is a fantastic addition to the school this year. She keeps communication open and is great about posting pictures to keep parents in the know about the work and activities the students do each day. This school is also a great stepping stone should they continue their education at the sister school in Largo, Country Day school. Also, I cannot say enough about their on staff Speech Therapist, Mrs. Justine Wright. She has worked wonders with our son who was diagnosed with Apraxia of Speech, barely saying a word at the age of two. Her work, combined with the efforts of all the teachers at Compass has caught him up and he's ready for VPK in the fall. This school is 5 star! We couldn't be happier.
